A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly qualified Technical Manager to lead and manage all technical operations across major projects. Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical department and oversee engineering deliverables across multiple projects Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure project compliance Ensure adherence to Saudi codes, standards, and project specifications Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues Support project planning, value engineering, and cost optimization Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering Minimum 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects Proven experience in a Technical Manager / Engineering Manager role in contracting companies Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations Experience with mega projects (commercial, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments) Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills Preferred:PMP Certification or equivalent Previous experience with top-tier contracting companies in Saudi Arabia Immediate transfer available (Iqama transfer)
