Health, Safety & Sustainability Champion a strong health and safety culture across all apartment construction sites.<br> Ensure sustainability and ESG requirements are embedded into apartment delivery, including energy efficiency, water management, and material selection.<br> Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.<br> Professional certification (PMP, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.<br> Experience 10 - 12 years’ experience in large-scale apartment or high-density residential delivery .<br> Proven track record delivering mid-rise to high-rise apartment buildings within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.<br> Experience on large-scale developments or mega/giga projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.<br> Core Competencies Strong end-to-end delivery leadership Residential construction and apartment product expertise Commercial and contractual awareness Programme and risk management Executive-level stakeholder management</span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
