Aluminium Cladding Foreman – KSA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Cladding Foreman to supervise the installation of aluminium cladding systems on commercial, industrial, and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aluminium façade, ACP cladding, curtain wall, and glazing installation, with the ability to lead site teams and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily aluminium cladding installation activities.
• Lead and coordinate installers, fabricators, and helpers on site.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, elevations, and installation details.
• Ensure aluminium cladding, ACP panels, curtain walls, louvers, and façade systems are installed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other trades to maintain project progress.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report site progress, material requirements, and installation issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of aluminium profiles, panels, and accessories.
• Enforce site safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain good housekeeping.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminium cladding, façade, or curtain wall installation.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of ACP cladding, aluminium façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and glazing.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate is preferred.
• GCC/KSA experience is an advantage.
