<div dir="rtl" style="direction: rtl; text-align: right;"><h2>Key Responsibilities and Duties</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare and execute effective sales and marketing plans targeting key segments in the Eastern Province and beyond, with performance monitoring and results analysis.</li> <li>Communicate with potential and current customers via phone, field meetings, and professional presentations, while strengthening and documenting relationships in the CRM.</li> <li>Develop value propositions and present them in line with customer needs and market requirements, with follow-up to meet and exceed expectations.</li> <li>Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor statistics, including ads, email, and presence on social media sites.</li> <li>Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports, and analyze data to derive recommendations for performance improvement and waste reduction.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to ensure correct and effective availability, pricing, and contracting.</li> <li>Participate in planning exhibitions and local and professional events, and organize the necessary offers and promotional materials.</li> <li>Contribute to building and developing the local marketing team, and provide training and guidance as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications and Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.</li> <li>5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar sector.</li> <li>Fluent in Arabic with good reading, writing, and verbal English proficiency.</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of modern selling methodologies, CRM tools, data analysis, and fundamentals of digital marketing.</li> <li>Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.</li> <li>High communication and negotiation skills, team spirit, and ability to build valuable relationships with clients.</li> <li>Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft software, and data analysis applications.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Negotiation and persuasion</li> <li>Customer relationship management (CRM)</li> <li>Preparation of proposals and presentations</li> <li>Data analysis and data-driven decision making</li> <li>Strategic planning and self-initiative</li> <li>Collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Time management and prioritization</li> </ul> </div>
