<ol><li><p>Identify and develop new sales opportunities for <strong>Structural Steel and Steel Fabrication Projects</strong> in Saudi Arabia.</p></li><li><p>Generate leads and RFQs from contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients, consultants, and project owners.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular customer visits and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on upcoming and ongoing projects and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.</p></li><li><p>Review customer inquiries, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Estimation and Engineering teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.</p></li><li><p>Follow up submitted quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support order closing.</p></li><li><p>Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on leads, RFQs, quotations, expected orders, and awarded projects.</p></li><li><p>Search for relevant opportunities through <strong>Etimad and other procurement/tender platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support vendor registration and prequalification with major clients, contractors, and industrial companies.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internally with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Project teams as required.</p></li><li><p>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to expanding the factory’s customer base.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in <strong>Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Industrial Engineering</strong>, or a related technical field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>3–5 years of relevant experience</strong> in project sales, preferably in Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, or Industrial Fabrication.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the <strong>Saudi Arabian projects and contracting market</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to generate new customers, obtain RFQs, and convert opportunities into purchase orders.</p></li><li><p>Existing relationships with contractors, EPC companies, consultants, industrial clients, or project owners will be a strong advantage.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of structural steel fabrication, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and steel materials.</p></li><li><p>Experience in products such as structural steel, platforms, walkways, handrails, pipe supports, skids, tanks, equipment frames, and heavy fabrication is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, field-oriented, and capable of working independently.</p></li><li><p>Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Candidates with a demonstrated track record in bringing steel fabrication or structural steel projects will be given preference.</p></li></ol>
