Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans, contingency plans, and corrective actions. Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality delivery and contract compliance. Coordinate with procurement teams for materials, resources, vendor agreements, and operational requirements. Prepare project reports, operational updates, KPIs, budget reviews, and performance dashboards for management. Conduct regular audits of operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance, or large project operations. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is essential. Strong experience managing large operational teams and FM projects. Solid knowledge of hard services, soft services, building systems, maintenance operations, and technical infrastructure. Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and contract management. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
