سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن التخطيط والتنفيذ والتسليم للمشروعات بشكل آمن وضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية مع التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والدوائر الداخلية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• إدارة تنفيذ المشروع من البدء حتى الإغلاق
• متابعة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والموارد
• التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين من الباطن.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة ولوائح السلامة ومتطلبات المشروع
• إعداد تقارير المشروع والتحديثات والوثائق
• تحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
المتطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو المجال ذي الصلة
• خبرة 10 سنوات على الأقل في إدارة المشاريع
• مهارات قيادة وتواصل وتنظيم قوية
• الكفاءة في MS Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project execution from initiation to completion
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
