The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000.

Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project operations and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong organizational capabilities and a foundational understanding of management systems. The primary objective is to facilitate effective collaboration between consultants, clients, and project teams, contributing directly to the successful and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate various project activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide essential support to the Project Manager, consultants, and clients.
• Perform timely follow-ups regarding invoices and payment statuses.
• Implement and maintain effective document control procedures across the entire project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience, preferably in a project coordination or administrative support role.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
• Technical knowledge of management systems is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
