Environmental Specialist (EHS)<br>Job Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to lead and develop environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across plant operations. The role is responsible for environmental compliance, waste management, operational planning, environmental risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems, programs, and procedures. Manage environmental KPIs, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement programs. Participate in strategic planning and environmental program development across multiple facilities. Support Saudization initiatives, employee engagement, occupational safety programs, and regulatory compliance. Act as the environmental technical advisor to management, employees, contractors, and external stakeholders.
