About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Engineering Services, EPCM, and PMC environments, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships within the Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Industrial sectors.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, generate new business opportunities, and support the company's growth objectives across both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Engineering Services, EPCM, PMC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Consulting engagements.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Specialty Chemical, Energy, and Industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project owners, EPC contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of strategic opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue objectives, and business growth metrics.
Marketing & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Saudi and GCC markets.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, marketing campaigns, and industry outreach programs.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account development.
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic customers and major projects.
- Understand client challenges and position value-driven engineering and consulting solutions accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Basic Engineering, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Process Consulting, and Project Delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solution offerings.
- Support project teams during proposal development, technical discussions, and client presentations.
Industry Representation
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, industry forums, and networking events.
- Promote the company's engineering capabilities and establish a strong market presence within the region.
- Build industry networks and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or related discipline).
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership roles within Engineering Services, EPCM, PMC, or Industrial Consulting organizations.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal management and contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC industrial market landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.
Preferred Experience
- Established network within Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, ADNOC, major EPC contractors, and industrial project owners.
- Experience supporting both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Exposure to digital transformation, process optimization, engineering consulting, or industrial technology solutions.
- Prior experience working within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
- Occasional international travel for client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and business development activities.
