Key Responsibilities<br>Develops and updates the organizational structure and job descriptions within the organization and manages activities for planning, identifying, and determining the organization’s workforce needs. Develops activities related to supervising the updating of organizational manuals and the organizational development framework and ensuring the activation of the organization’s organizational structure. Contributes to activities related to facilitating meetings with key stakeholders in the organization for workforce planning (strategic and operational) in accordance with policies and guidelines and creating an organization-wide plan. Provides tasks related to developing and reviewing the organization’s workforce plan, analyzing the activities of agencies and departments within the organization, and identifying needs. Establishes mechanisms for providing studies, identifying the key drivers affecting the business state, and determining the future competencies and capabilities required. Contributes to addressing procedures for assessing current competency needs against future capabilities and determining the potential impact on the workforce and the impact of strategic initiatives such as digital technologies and automation, etc. Contributes to high-level supervision tasks related to allocating individuals to roles and ensuring that they possess the appropriate capabilities. Follows up on workforce transfers from one location to another, promotions, workforce shortages, and estimating the costs associated with the workforce. Provides activities related to determining the optimal number of employees and identifying the associated costs, taking into consideration vacancies, employee succession, promotions, and the associated costs: talent management/recruitment/training and learning/termination/rewards/automation, etc. Delivers data analysis and reporting activities to highlight key findings and insights, identify potential improvement opportunities, and support decision-making based on workforce data analysis. Contributes to activities related to supervising the provision of competencies that meet the requirements for filling these vacancies, in coordination with the responsible entities within the organization. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling<br><br>sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf<br><br>displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. Responsibilities<br>Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Business Process Re-engineering Section and ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Conducts a process analysis from quality perspectives, ensures compliance with the established policies, approved methodology and procedures, and provides recommendations to improve. Develops, designs, and updates business processes that are assigned to the section for assessment or as part of a project. Coordinates the review and approval process with the concerned departments. Prepares process review and analyses findings reports identifying areas of consideration and proposes the implementation of corrective actions for process improvement. Reviews and monitors the SLAs and KPIs identified for the processes in order to ensure proper design and sufficient implementation. Monitors solutions implementation plans for all the process improvement projects. Gathers the core process in order to make a plan for the year and enhance the process. Makes change management plans in order to make the business adept to new changes. Assesses the impact of introduced changes to people, process, and systems and ensures proper relevant communication and awareness initiatives to support the effective implementation of change. Facilitates discussions with the Process Owner and stakeholders in order to develop required process maps and include KPIs, controls, and SLAs related to each documented process. Supports the Process Owners to implement the changes recommended by the BPM team in different improvement projects. Ensures effective coordination with the bank departments to ensure proper communication and objectives alignment. Conducts awareness sessions regarding process enhancements standards and practices in order to identify areas of improvement. Collaborates with the Business Process Architect Sections in order to align the processes with procedures and SLAs to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
