<p>To lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to efficiently process and pack seafood products (shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish) in accordance with company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, ensuring product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within management performance parameters.</p><br><br>

<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><br>

<ul>
<li>Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets according to product specifications and quality standards</li>
<li>Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure all employees perform their tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and food safety requirements</li>
<li>Oversee seafood processing activities including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing to ensure adherence to yield and quality targets.</li>
<li>Review production plans with the Planning Department to guarantee product availability according to schedules.</li>
<li>Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and specification</li>
<li>Ensure all seafood products meet company quality and safety standards.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><br><br>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Fish Processing, or related field.</li>
<li>1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within a seafood or food processing environment</li>
<li>Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills English / Arabic</li>
