Integrated Management Systems & Environmental Senior Specialist<br>Purpose of the Job<br>The Quality & Environmental Management Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) for a port and terminal operation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. He/she will act as the owner of the management systems for the terminal, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and standards, including those of Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) and the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), while driving improvements in service quality, safety and environmental performance.<br>Reporting ToHSE Manager<br>Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities<br>1. Hands-on vendor experience with Hytera or relevant vendors such as Airbus, Motorola Solutions, TDTech, or equivalent MCX ecosystem partners. Strong knowledge of 3GPP Mission Critical Services, IMS, VoLTE/VoNR concepts, QoS/QCI/5QI, policy control, and session management. Demonstrated experience producing HLD/LLD documentation, test strategies, FAT/SAT plans, and operational readiness frameworks. Strong stakeholder leadership capability with proven ability to lead multi-vendor technical delivery at scale. We are seeking a highly capable PMO Manager to lead the project management office for a real estate developer in Riyadh.<br><br>The PMO Manager will oversee the full development delivery cycle: feasibility support, design management, consultant and contractor coordination, cost and schedule control, procurement tracking, risk management, project reporting, handover, and close-out.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Establish and manage PMO governance, reporting standards, project controls, templates, and approval workflows across the development portfolio Monitor projects from design
