This role requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure development, contract management, and project delivery. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.<br><br><p><b>About the Role</b></p><br><br><p><br>We are seeking a skilled and motivated <b>Engineering Supervisor</b> to join the <b>pre-opening team</b> at <b>Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay</b>. Reporting to the <b>Engineering Manager</b>, you will assist in leading the Engineering team through the final stages of construction, testing, commissioning, operational setup, and the smooth transition into daily maintenance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems and equipment meet Four Seasons’ standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, supporting both project readiness and ongoing operations.</p><br><br><br><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Support the Engineering leadership team in reviewing technical specifications, MEP installations, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Participate actively in inspections, snagging, commissioning, and system testing processes alongside contractors and consultants.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Supervise the handover of equipment, technical documentation, warranties, and asset tagging to ensure complete and accurate operational transitions.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Oversee the setup and data entry of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Hotsos), including asset registration, preventive maintenance schedules, and task generation.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with contractors and project teams to ensure timely rectification of defects, completion of punch lists, and successful system handovers.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Assist in setting up engineering workshops, storerooms, organizing tools, spare parts, and implementing energy monitoring systems.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Organize and supervise technical training for the engineering team on newly installed systems, such as HVAC, BMS, generators, elevators, and fire life safety equipment.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning certificates, inspection reports, service agreements, and compliance documentation.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities for all critical equipment prior to and post-opening to ensure optimal operational reliability.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Conduct regular site walks and inspections to ensure all health, safety, and fire life safety standards are fully adhered to.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to ensure the resort’s technical readiness.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Manage and assign engineering tasks, ensuring efficient and timely responses to snagging items, maintenance requests, and last-minute project adjustments.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Transition into daily supervision of maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs, guest room repairs, public area maintenance, and emergency responses.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and service excellence within the Engineering team through hands-on leadership and training.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>A diploma or degree in <b>Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field</b>.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Minimum <b>3 years of engineering experience</b> in luxury hotels, resorts, or large facilities, with <b>at least 2 years in a supervisory role</b>.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strong technical knowledge in <b>mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire life safety systems, and energy management systems</b>.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Proven experience with <b>pre-opening activities</b> including commissioning, snagging, defect management, and system handover processes.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Familiarity with <b>CMMS platforms</b>, particularly <b>Hotsos</b>, and strong skills in asset and preventive maintenance management.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment, adapt quickly to changes, and manage shifting operational priorities.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Fluency in <b>English</b> is required; <b>Arabic</b> is a strong advantage.<br> </p><br><br></li></ul><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Competitive salary in a tax-free environment.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Housing and transportation.</p><br><br></li><li><p>30 days of vacation plus public holidays.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Travel Allowances</p><br><br></li><li><p>Paid home leave tickets.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Complimentary meals and uniform cleaning.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Medical and life insurance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program and worldwide complimentary room nights.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Opportunities for growth and development.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>Schedule & Hours</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Full-time role.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><br><br><br><br><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
