The role plays a critical part in building a world-class dive operation from the ground up, including recruitment, team development, facility readiness, and implementation of robust systems, processes, and standards.<br>Once operational, the role assumes full accountability for the safe, efficient, and premium delivery of all diving and underwater tourism activities. This includes oversight of daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, strict adherence to international dive safety standards, staff performance management, environmental stewardship, and brand alignment.<br>The Senior Manager will ensure the dive center consistently reflects the highest levels of professionalism, safety, and service excellence. Responsibilities extend to leading dive excursions, delivering and overseeing dive training and certification programs, managing all dive-related sales and revenue streams, and supporting the long-term growth of Galaxea’s dive operations across multiple assets.<br>Job Responsibilities General Responsibilities Report directly to the Galaxea Cluster Manager and actively support the establishment and operational readiness of the dive center at the assigned asset. Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the dive center. Support the Galaxea Cluster Manager in the planning, development, and expansion of dive centers across other assets as required. Recruit, build, lead, and develop a high-performing dive operations team, managing a workforce of up to 13 diving professionals. Support and collaborate with all RSG departments during the delivery phase to ensure timelines, targets, and operational phasing requirements are met. Ensure the dive center is delivered in line with design intent, safety requirements, operational efficiency, and brand standards.<br>Establishment of Dive Center – Post-Opening Maintain and continuously enhance operational standards, with safety as the highest and non-negotiable priority. Ensure all dive center activities are conducted professionally, consistently, and in line with international best practice. Oversee and ensure the safe and professional execution of all daily diving activities. Ensure all training courses and certifications are delivered safely, conservatively, and strictly in accordance with the standards of the respective training agencies. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and auditable records for all dive center activities, training, and operations. Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate all dive-related sales, including retail operations, to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, partners, and the public.<br>Media Coverage Support the Destination Development department, when required, in facilitating photo and video media coverage. Compiles, validates, and analyzes GIS data related to roads infrastructure, traffic systems, and engineering networks. Generates technical maps, reports, and spatial analyses to support infrastructure engineering decisions and transportation system optimization. Converts, transfers, and integrates GIS data from multiple sources using industry-standard GIS software and engineering applications. <p >SEVEN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong >Senior Technician - Maintenance</strong> to join our team on a full-time basis. This critical role involves performing a variety of advanced-level planned maintenance, repair activities, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices across our projects in Riyadh, Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, and Medina. The Senior Technician will lead work execution alongside other attraction technicians, actively supporting onsite installations, collaborating with contractors and manufacturers to ensure SEVEN’s maintenance requirements and operational readiness are met.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Lead and execute technical activities for rides and attractions, supported by the technician team and technical management.</li>
<li >Perform advanced planned maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices of all typologies.</li>
<li >Actively participate with Operations, Project Attraction Teams, and Project Management Consultants.</li>
<li >Maintain close communication with ride manufacturers' representatives engaged at SEVEN project sites.</li>
<li >Act as Team Leader when required during absences, verifying the quality and accuracy of technicians' work, particularly on safety-critical inspections and repairs.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Maintenance Operations and Compliance</h3>

<li >Execute and record corrective maintenance activities on rides and attractions in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.</li>
<li >Execute and record planned preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules.</li>
<li >Respond to ride and attraction breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore operations safely and efficiently.</li>
<li >Lead and execute major annual maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure optimal ride performance.</li>
<li >Support daily ride operational readiness and achievement of reliability and availability targets.</li>
<li >Work in accordance with international safety best practices and KSA regulatory requirements, adhering to all QHSE policies, procedures, and company standards.</li>

<li >Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation, including SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and PM checklists.</li>
<li >Support the implementation and effective use of asset management systems and related documentation.</li>
<li >Monitor spare parts and consumable stock requirements, providing proactive feedback to support availability.</li>
<li >Conduct inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with calibration and safety requirements.</li>
<li >Deliver training and maintain training records in line with Learning & Development requirements.</li>
<li >Identify opportunities to improve ride performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational effectiveness.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<ul >
<li >An Engineering Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical).</li>
<li >A minimum of <strong >5 years of experience</strong> in the leisure, attractions, or theme park industry, with a preference for candidates possessing 5-10 years of experience.</li>
<li >Demonstrated hands-on experience in major ride and attraction maintenance activities, including annual rehabilitation (REHAB).</li>

Offer coaching and counseling, along with support and guidance to the employees as needed. Ensure the team members are up to date with current information and data of the hotel products, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion, spa and health club, and other services and facilities.
