JOB PURPOSE:<br>The Field Sales Representative operates as the frontliner for the Sales operations team in terms of ensuring timely sales orders, target achievements and fulfilling the operational fundamentals at store level. Financial Accountability & Commercial Performance Manage the service line budget, cost control, revenue targets, and financial performance. Develop pricing recommendations, packages, and service bundles in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams. Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce waste, and enhance resource productivity. Support payer, coding, costing, and revenue cycle requirements related to the service line. Quality, Outcomes & Service Standards Ensure the service line operates in line with clinical, technical, safety, and quality standards. Monitor outcomes, service quality, customer satisfaction, complaints, and incident reports. Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. <p>The Medical Delegate is the frontline ambassador of Infant & Follow-on Nutrition with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Riyadh. The role is responsible for building and sustaining trusted, science-based relationships with paediatricians, nutritionists and clinic/hospital staff, driving ethical and compliant recommendation of HCPs, and executing the territory call plan to deliver share growth and coverage frequency targets when BF is not practised while strictly upholding the WHO Code and Nestl 's marketing policies.</p>

Position Summary<br><br>The Medical Delegate is the frontline ambassador of Infant & Follow-on Nutrition with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Riyadh.
