Ability to read and interpret OEM drawings, winding diagrams, technical manuals, and standards from manufacturers such as Siemens, GE, ABB, and Mitsubishi. Experience conducting electrical repairs, insulation application, testing, quality control, and maintaining full traceability of materials, measurements, and processes. <p>We are seeking a Site Engineer to supervise the day-to-day execution of project and maintenance work in the field. The role manages two Foremen and their trade crews and handles fit-out and renovation projects alongside routine and emergency maintenance.</p><p>There is no separate maintenance team: the same crews move between planned project work and reactive callouts, allocated daily through a central dispatch desk. The position reports to the Operations Manager and draws on the Engineering &amp; Consulting department for technical guidance.
