Job Details

The Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) supports the design, development, and evaluation of engaging learning programs and instructional content. The role focuses on creating interactive and effective learning experiences using industry-standard instructional design methodologies and authoring tools.

Responsibilities:Design and develop engaging, interactive, and learner-centered instructional content aligned with organizational learning objectives. Apply instructional design principles and learning methodologies to develop effective training materials and learning experiences. Develop digital learning content using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders to gather content requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions. Support the development, review, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure content quality, relevance, and effectiveness. Evaluate learning materials and programs and recommend improvements based on learner feedback, evaluation results, and best practices. Ensure instructional content is clear, accessible, engaging, and aligned with established learning and quality standards. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design, digital learning, and learning evaluation.
Minimum Job requirements:The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program. The candidate should demonstrate working proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to design and develop interactive learning content. The candidate should have a sound understanding of instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and digital learning development.
