Coordinate daily work execution with construction, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and client representatives. Review engineering drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures before execution. Ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation installations comply with project specifications, Saudi standards, and client requirements. Supervise installation of:LV & MV systems Cable trays and ladders Power and control cabling Instrument cable installation Junction boxes Field instruments Marshalling cabinets Control panels Earthing and lightning protection systems Lighting systems Electrical equipment Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, loop checking, energization, and commissioning activities. Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and approved quality standards. Monitor contractor productivity and workforce allocation. Mandatory Requirements<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration with an active Engineer Professional Membership. Maintain a relationship with the customer’s counterparts from other Refinery Units where from APQ either receiving Feedstock, Utilities & Power or supplying Hydrogen and Steam to different Refinery Units on a regular basis through Refinery Shift Superintendent to ensure alignment of expectations for APQ and the customers current and future product demand.<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred. An associate technical degree (2 year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or a maintenance function. Demonstrated HYCO knowledge a plus, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4 + years in line supervision of process operations roles. Expectation based on level of experience for the operations team to achieve a ‘Level 1 / Board Level’ status within 2 – 4 years. Operators will be evaluated during the training period and placed at the level of competence accordingly. All the operations team are considered field and board operators when Level 1 is achieved. Leadership positions are expected to follow the progression process. The HYCO Operations Supervisor is an extension of the operating team and is expected to engage in plant operations when required. Proven coordination experience in a multi team environment which includes operations, engineering, and maintenance. Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout all levels within the organization and externally. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting our solutions, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding customers' technical requirements, providing product demonstrations, collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to offer technical expertise and support throughout the entire sales cycle. This role demands a balance of strong technical knowledge into power system automation or protection field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Looking for a motivated, fresh engineer to handle tenders received from customers, manage customer portals, communicate timely with stakeholders, prepare and submit the proposal following the company process while meeting customer deadlines Responsibilities:Screening new opportunities on digital portals like Etimad. Outline Tender specifications, instructions for bidders, and submission requirements. Support pre-bid and post-bid clarifications communication through portals or emails. Prepare and compile proposals/Bids in accordance with Clients' instructions while meeting customer deadlines Responsible for maintaining consistent timelines of submittals and meeting deadlines.
