Ensure no activity starts without approved documentation and inspection clearance. Material & Resource Management:Manage material storage, site logistics, and deliveries. Monitor manpower allocation and review manpower histograms to ensure adequate resource deployment. Track daily labor and subcontractor productivity. HSE Responsibilities:Ensure all site activities comply with approved HSE procedures. Do not commence any work without approved documentation (Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Lifting Plan, etc.), to be discussed and agreed with the Safety Manager in advance. Ensure all access equipment is safe and operated by trained and licensed personnel. Ensure toolbox talks and safety briefings are arranged regularly with workers and the safety team as required. Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline). Minimum 4 years of site experience in construction projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards. Job Summary: Supervise the implementation of electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and approved codes, while monitoring quality, safety, and coordination among all parties to deliver electrical systems efficiently and on schedule.<br>Responsibilities:Daily supervision of electrical works (power – lighting – panels – cables – low current systems – grounding – lightning protection).
