Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in an engineering role. Professional Registration: Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory. Certifications: Valid NEBOSH / OSHA certification is required. Preferred: Experience dealing with government authorities and compliance procedures is a strong plus. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent teamwork, and professional proficiency in English.
