Candidates joining Ben Q can expect to contribute to impactful solutions that enhance everyday experiences.<br>Role Description The AV SI Business Development Manager (Home Cinema, Home Entertainment & Living Room Projectors) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with AV system integrators and key channel partners for Ben Q’s home cinema and entertainment projector portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering product presentations and demos, and negotiating pricing and contracts in line with company guidelines. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to internal teams on product positioning and feature requirements. The role also involves coordinating with marketing on campaigns, supporting training for partners, forecasting sales, and reporting performance to regional management.<br>Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and account management. AV and home entertainment domain knowledge, with understanding of home cinema solutions, projectors, and system integration workflows.4+years of experience within the AV industry in Saudi Arabia. Relationship management and networking abilities to build long-term partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and key customers. Analytical and strategic skills to assess market trends, segment opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans for AV solutions. Communication and presentation skills to clearly explain technical features, value propositions, and ROI to diverse stakeholders. Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple projects, prepare regular reports, and meet sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Several years of experience in AV, consumer electronics, or related technology sectors, ideally in business development or channel sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; comfort working with data for forecasting and performance analysis. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and prior experience
