The WMS Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role ensures seamless integration between warehouse operations and technology platforms to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, visibility, and customer service performance. The position serves as the key liaison between operational teams and IT stakeholders, ensuring that system capabilities fully support business requirements and operational growth.<br>Key Responsibilities WMS Administration & Maintenance Manage and maintain WMS configuration, functionality, and system performance. Ensure data integrity, system availability, and operational reliability. Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and enhancements. Monitor system KPIs and resolve system-related issues. System Implementation & Optimization Lead WMS implementation projects and module deployments. Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and WMS environments. Experience in WMS implementation, configuration, and optimization projects. Experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or cold chain operations is preferred. Technical Skills Strong understanding of:Inbound and outbound warehouse operations Inventory control and stock management Value Added Services (VAS) Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Experience with ERP integrations and system interfaces. Knowledge of RF scanners, barcode technology, and API/EDI integrations. Proficiency in reporting tools and data analytics (Power BI preferred). The role will be responsible for the development, review, negotiation support, and finalization of contract documentation for a wide range of procurement packages, ensuring commercial robustness, contractual compliance, and alignment with project objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead contract formation activities for procurement and tender packages. Prepare, review, and finalize tender and contract documents. Support procurement strategy and selection of appropriate contract models. Draft and amend contractual terms, conditions, and special provisions. Provide contractual and commercial input during tendering, clarification, evaluation, and award stages. Review tenderer deviations and recommend suitable positions. Identify contractual risks and incorporate mitigation measures. Coordinate with procurement, legal, technical, and commercial teams.
