About The Role We're looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer to join our fully remote development team. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable, and scalable code. Build interactive user interfaces that provide a seamless experience across browsers and devices. Write well-structured, maintainable, and documented code following industry best practices. User Experience & Interface Implementation Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience. Implement animations, interactive components, and modern design patterns while maintaining usability. Ensure consistency across web pages by following established design systems and style guides. Collaboration & Agile Development Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into web applications. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, daily standups, and team discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Engineering. Communicate project updates, technical challenges, and solutions effectively in a remote environment. Code Quality & Performance Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices. Maintain high coding standards through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement. Optimize application performance, page load speed, and overall front-end efficiency. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and development best practices. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Maintain and enhance existing websites and web applications. Implement new features based on user feedback and business requirements. Monitor application performance and proactively recommend technical improvements. Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and development standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. 0 3 years of experience in front-end web development (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Experience using CSS preprocessors or frameworks such as Sass, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap is a plus. Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fully remote environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
