This comprises identifying key risks across the supply chain for all procurement categories within the organization and driving initiatives to mitigate the risks.<br><br>Requirements<br><br> Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and assess the likelihood and impact of the risks using risk assessment frameworks, (e.g., operational, financial, ESG, compliance, geopolitical, cybersecurity, capacity, and concentration risks) Develop and maintain supplier risk profiles, including risk scoring, dependency analysis, and critical supplier identification Support implementation of mitigation strategies and contingency plans to manage the identified risks and ensure business continuity Monitor external factors, such as regulatory changes, natural disasters, or market trends, that could disrupt the supply chain Contribute to enterprise‑level risk views and dashboards in alignment with ERM and governance requirements Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Collate information from all business teams on their supply chain needs, their supplier's risk performance to consolidate the organization's overall supply chain dependencies Support awareness sessions for the business teams to learn how to report supplier / supply chain risks to the SRM/SCR team, and to ensure business continuity in case of supply chain disruptions Team Management, Learning & Development Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring professional growth through mentorship Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the SRM & SCR Team Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Support development and maintenance of supply chain risk policies, methodologies, and playbooks Prepare executive‑ready reports, dashboards, and management updates on key supply chain risk trends and mitigation status Drive continuous improvement in tools, data quality, and processes related to SRM and supply chain risk Support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements related to supplier risk and governance<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br> 7 to 10 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management & Supply Chain roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain , accounting, Law, Finance, Business, or related fields. Job Summary The role holder is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HSE procedures and systems within the cooling plants to minimize risks and enhance the protection and safety of all employees.<br>HSE Compliance Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure upkeep of safety measures in the execution of operations. Monitor compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, permits, and industry standards to ensure alignment with cooling plant operational requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and associated risks. Collaborate with departmental teams to develop and implement effective control measures to mitigate identified risks. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented control measures and recommend improvements as necessary. Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is available, properly used, and maintained to ensure safety in running the operations within the plants.<br>Incident Management Develop accident statistical reports highlighting severity, frequency, incident rates etc., and analyse the trends to identify vulnerabilities. Assist in the investigation of work-related accidents/incidents, analyse the root cause and generate report highlighting recommendations and areas of improvement to mitigate the identified risks.<br>Prepare detailed incident investigation reports, including recommendations for preventive measures and corrective actions. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Maintain accurate incident records and prepare statistical reports on incidents, trends, and lessons learned to be shared with the operational teams to avoid repeating errors. Training Develop and implement health and safety training programs to align with the strategic business plan and meet the requirements of the performance management system and legal obligations. Conduct safety induction training for new employees and provide safety instructions to all contractors’ employees and visitors before commencing work for the first time. Provide information, training and support to all levels of company staff regarding health, safety and environmental practices, procedures and best industrial practices. The role focuses on driving sales performance through KPI tracking, operational discipline, strong field presence, and consistent execution, within a luxury fragrance retail environment. This role acts as a key strategic partner to ensure financial plans align with company goals.<br>Principal Duties & Job Description<br>Financial Planning & Budgeting Leadership: Lead and manage the comprehensive annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and multi-year long-range planning cycles across all business units. Partner strategically with department heads to define financial targets, establish operational plans, and ensure strict alignment with overall corporate goals. Strategic Financial Modeling: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable financial models that accurately project the unique revenue and cost structures of each business line (including Saa S and cloud service models). Advanced Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation and delivery of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and synthesize data into strategic presentations for senior management and the board. Performance & Driver Analysis: Manage the ongoing analysis of key business, revenue, and cost drivers to project future performance accurately, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and profit maximization. Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously identify and drive process improvements to streamline FP&A workflows and financial reporting. Lead automation initiatives and implement best practices to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and clarity, fostering a fast and agile decision-making culture.<br>Qualification Requirements<br>Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree in finance/accounting is a plus. Work Experience A Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience within the technology sector, particularly with Saa S, cloud services, or IT consulting business models, is highly preferred. Certification/License CMA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus. Language Skills Fluency in both Arabic and English Functional Job Competencies Budgeting and Financial Planning: Ability to develop, implement, and manage budgets, including operating, capital, and project budgets. This involves estimating revenues and expenditures, aligning budget proposals with organizational goals, and establishing processes for budget creation and approval.
