The Role
<p>Working closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and reporting to MENA Office Directors, the Financial Accountant will:</p><br> <ul>
<li>Prepare monthly management accounts within tight deadlines for review by Financial Controller.</li>
<li>Process monthly intercompany billing and control regular payments to group.</li>
<li>Prepare annual budget for region, along with variance analysis actuals vs budget.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and management working capital.</li>
<li>Prepare invoices (including Arabic invoices), coordinate with project managers for timely submission, and post them in Deltek.</li>
<li>Follow up with clients post-invoicing and on due dates.</li>
<li>Prepare and share Statements of Account (SoA) when requested.</li>
<li>Load, check, and post accounts payable (AP) invoices.</li>
<li>Prepare credit card reports and chase for supporting receipts.</li>
<li>Maintain the cashbook, perform bank reconciliations, and support payment run preparation.</li>
<li>Review, approve, and post employee expenses and credit card transactions.</li>
<li>Support payroll processing.</li>

<li>Submit and manage VAT and ZATCA tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance in KSA.</li>

The role ensures that utilities, roads, drainage, grading, and technical systems are designed, integrated, and executed in alignment with the approved master plan and Petromin’s operational and expansion requirements. The role oversees infrastructure consultants and contractor execution from a technical compliance perspective, ensuring that all infrastructure systems are practical, scalable, and aligned with phased development requirements. The role also supports GM NDM in cross-functional requirements where infrastructure expertise is required.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIESDefine and govern all site-wide infrastructure strategies including utilities, roads, drainage, grading, and service corridors. Review, challenge, and technically validate infrastructure-related deliverables produced by consultants. Ensure infrastructure systems are aligned with the master plan, building layouts, and long-term expansion requirements. Oversee consultant deliverables to ensure completeness, quality, coordination, and alignment with project requirements. Oversee contractor execution to ensure compliance with approved infrastructure designs, specifications, and technical standards. Identify infrastructure design gaps, execution risks, or capacity constraints and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate closely with the Senior Architectural Lead to ensure alignment between infrastructure systems and overall site planning. Ensure infrastructure planning supports phased construction, early works, and future expansion without rework. Integrate geotechnical, topographical, and environmental inputs into infrastructure design and execution planning. Support value engineering initiatives to optimise infrastructure design, cost, and constructability. Maintain structured records of infrastructure assumptions, design decisions, risks, and consultant outputs. Support cross-functional organisational requirements as directed by GM NDM, including infrastructure assessments and technical reviews across projects.<br>THE JOB PROFILEEducational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Professional Certifications Saudi Council of Engineers registration (Mandatory) PMP or equivalent certification (Preferred) Experience15-20 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and large-scale project development, preferably in industrial, logistics, or automotive environments. Proven experience in owner-side or consultant management roles. Job Summary<p>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Senior Middleware Support Engineer</strong> to provide operational support for enterprise middleware and API management platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical integration services built on IBM middleware technologies.
