Welding Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Welding / Fabrication / Plant Services<br>We are currently supporting a well-established engineering and industrial services organization in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Welding Supervisor. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of welders, allocate work in line with drawings and approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), monitor weld quality, enforce HSE standards and ensure welding activities are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise and assign welding activities based on welder qualifications and capability. Ensure all welding work is carried out in accordance with approved WPS, drawings and project requirements. Monitor daily welding progress and maintain low repair and rejection rates. Enforce the use of PPE, hot-work controls, fire-watch requirements and site HSE procedures. Train, coach and mentor junior welders on welding best practices and quality standards. Evaluate available manpower, tools and welding consumables to ensure work is completed within approved resources. Maintain accurate daily records of welding activities, including completed joints, welder allocation, issues and rework. Report daily progress and any welding-related concerns to the Project Manager.<br>Requirements Secondary School Certificate. Approximately 5–8 years' experience as a welder, with progressively increasing supervisory or leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of welding processes including:SMAWGMAWFCAWAbility to read and interpret welding symbols and basic engineering drawings. Good understanding of WPS requirements and welding-consumable handling. Strong awareness of welding safety, hot-work precautions and HSE requirements. Responsible for conducting periodic testing on Engine Generators without load, and without utility. Responsible for switching and managing rotating equipment and maintaining redundancy. Responsible for responding to unplanned events and emergency scenarios, and for sustaining data center operations. Responsible for escalating emergency failures and alarms to Facility Maintenance Supervisor and Vendors. Responsible for maintaining tools calibrated and in good condition. Responsible for managing spare parts and consumables inventories on site and keeping them up-to-date. Report any required changes to the executed procedures in the Work Order once completed. Advise on any enhancement to be made to the current SOPs, EOPs, and MoPs through formal change request. Responsible for executing any required change to the facility (set point, redundancy rotation, labelling….).<br>EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. A very good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in use in the data center including transformers, generators, switchgears, UPS, PDU, chillers, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), FCUs, chilled water pumps, fuel system, etc. Knowledge of engineering design calculations, principles, codes and standards for both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Very familiar with Health & Safety guidelines and procedures, especially for operating electrical or energized equipment. Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.<br>EXPERIENCE:Requires minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Data Center. Have experience in MEP equipment specifications, performance requirements, operating conditions, redlines, and site configurations, as well as startup/shutdown, LOTO and isolation. Have experience in BMS monitoring and alarm management.<br>SKILLS/ABILITIES:Ability to address any issues or incidents that arise in the data center, day or night. <strong>Position Summary: <br><br></strong>Position requires a skilled MH-60/H-60 Avionics Technician AT with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on<strong> H-60 </strong>helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of aircraft radio’s, radar, navigation equipment, and other rapid communication devices. Extensive knowledge in wire, and connector repair is required. Position is in Jubail Saudi Arabia.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter Avionics work to include but not limited to:</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the MH-60R aircraft and related systems. </li><li>Have a knowledge of electronic theory. </li><li>Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems. </li><li>Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Often these problems cannot be duplicated on the ground. </li><li>Have a thorough understanding of flight characteristics and their effects on electronic systems. Systems includes search/ navigational radar, communication, navigation, electronic countermeasures, data computing, recording equipment, weapons computer, and inertial measurement systems. </li><li> Be able to use test equipment such as voltmeters, signal generators, sweep/ pulse generators, dual trace oscilloscopes, deviation meters, sweep carts, precision power, and frequency measuring devices.
