Key Responsibilities:Supervise steel structure erection, installation, bolting, and welding activities on-site Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, erection drawings, and project specifications Coordinate with the fabrication yard for timely delivery of steel members and erection sequence Inspect structural steel components including columns, beams, trusses, bracing, and connections before installation Monitor crane operations, lifting activities, and rigging to ensure safe execution Verify alignment, leveling, plumbness, and structural stability during erection Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, welding approvals, bolt torque verification, and NDT activities Ensure compliance with approved WPS, QA/QC procedures, and project quality requirements Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager and engineering team Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PPE usage, and work-at-height safety regulations Supervise subcontractors, site manpower, and daily construction activities Maintain site documentation including inspection reports, RFIs, material records, and as-built documentation Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project management teams???? Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Proven experience as a Site Engineer in steel structure or structural steel projects Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection methods, and structural drawings Experience working on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage????
