Al Qadsiah is seeking an experienced Multisport Medical Doctor to join its Performance Support team and play a key leadership role within the Club’s ambitious programme.<br>This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sports medicine provision across a range of sports, supporting athletes and coaches within Al Qadsiah’s Olympic Champion programme (2028 focus) and Emerging Sports programme (2032 focus).<br>The Medical Lead will lead a team of practitioners, establish and maintain world-class standards of medical provision, and work closely with coaches and multidisciplinary performance staff to minimise injury and illness risk and maximise athlete health, availability and performance.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a performance medicine strategy centred on athlete education, proactive self-management and effective response to serious injury or illness. Lead the planning and management of medical services across the multi-sport programme, encompassing the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of injury and illness. Working closely with coaches, players and staff, you will ensure tactical, operational and day-to-day information is communicated clearly and accurately across English, Spanish and Arabic.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Language & Communication Support<br>Provide live and written translation between English, Spanish and Arabic for coaches, players and staff. Support communication during training sessions, tactical meetings and match analysis. Translate official club documents, training materials, reports and internal communications. Facilitate effective communication between international players and club staff.<br>Tactical & Technical Understanding<br>Accurately interpret football terminology, tactical discussions and coaching instructions. Assist with the translation of tactical meetings, set-piece discussions and video analysis sessions. Ensure football-specific language is communicated clearly to support player understanding and performance.<br>Language Development<br>Deliver language sessions and educational workshops for staff.
