Saudi nationals are strongly preferred given the relationship-driven nature of the KSA market and the importance of local cultural understanding in client engagement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities Account Outreach & Opportunity Development Conduct structured outreach to contacts within the priority target accounts identifying the right stakeholders, securing introductory meetings, and qualifying opportunities before escalating to the Director Technology Manage relationships at Director, Head of Department, and procurement level within active accounts maintaining regular touchpoints and ensuring SOL Gulf remains visible and relevant Follow up on all active proposals, RFP submissions, and meeting commitments with disciplined, timely communication Pipeline Management & CRM Discipline Maintain the Zoho CRM with accurate, up-to-date opportunity data stages, deal values, contacts, next actions, and close dates following the weekly pipeline governance cadence Own the Monday pipeline update: ensure every active opportunity is current, correctly staged, and has a clear next action before the weekly team review Track RFP releases, procurement announcements, and tender notices on Etimad and other government portals flagging relevant opportunities to the sales team immediately Proposal & Bid Support Coordinate proposal and RFP response preparation by gathering inputs from the technical team, managing submission deadlines, and ensuring documents are complete and professionally presented Support the Director Technology in structuring and formatting proposals, case studies, and presentations for client-facing submissions Manage vendor registration processes across priority government entities, PIF organisations, and private sector accounts Market Intelligence & Relationship Building Attend industry events, technology forums, government exhibitions, and networking gatherings as a SOL Gulf representative by building relationships and identifying new contacts within target sectors Gather and share market intelligence on competitor activity, client investment plans, and upcoming procurement cycles Support relationship development with dovetail partners by maintaining regular contact at the working level</p><p>Impact of the Role The BD Executive role is the commercial engine of SOL Gulf s day-to-day pipeline activity. By maintaining momentum across 30 priority accounts, managing CRM discipline, and ensuring no opportunity stalls due to lack of follow-through, this role is directly responsible for translating the H2 2026 pipeline strategy into closed revenue. The Position: The Maintenance Services Technician II is responsible for performing line maintenance activities on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft-installed equipment to ensure optimum system performance, reliability, and serviceability. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and certifying avionics and cabin systems in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, maintenance procedures, and customer standards. The successful candidate will utilize technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and electronic test equipment to identify and resolve system issues, perform component replacements and functional testing, and support software and media loading activities. Working closely with airline customers and internal stakeholders, the Technician plays a key role in maintaining aircraft serviceability, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting on-time aircraft departures. In addition to maintenance responsibilities, the role requires the accurate completion of maintenance documentation, inventory-related activities, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance. As part of our ongoing growth plans, we are seeking qualified candidates for multiple Maintenance Services Technician II opportunities, with expected onboarding to commence from December 2026. Responsibilities WHAT YOU LL DO: IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance: Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and its certification which includes but not limited to: Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation. Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification. Perform Cabin Sweep s in accordance with Panasonic LMP s and report findings. Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual test. Perform Software and Media Loading. Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to contract. Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer specific requirements Ensure timely escalation and coordination in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area. Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor. As required, based on aircraft type, may work on other aircraft equipment as assigned. Communicate and interface with customers. Certify all work completed as applicable under a company issued authority and governing regulations. Administrative: Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging and shipping of inventory. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety and tool care. Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Management. Qualifications Secondary/Technical School degree. 12 months experience on Panasonic IFEC systems. Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience. Must have worked on aircraft in the last 18 months. Preferably hold appropriate valid KSA GACA Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers different aircraft types/systems at assigned location. Essential aircraft maintenance experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic computer skills in using Linux. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to lead and supervise others as needed. Excellent English language knowledge Must have the legal right to work in assigned country through nationality, visa or work permits. Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
