<p>JOB OVERVIEW The Account Director GCC at Faena The Red Sea is responsible for developing and managing high-value business across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), with a primary focus on luxury leisure, groups, and corporate segments. The role will build strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, corporate accounts, family offices, event planners, and other key commercial partners across priority GCC markets. This role plays a critical part in positioning Faena The Red Sea as the preferred ultra-luxury Red Sea destination for affluent GCC travelers, family and multigenerational stays, private celebrations, leisure groups, corporate retreats, executive travel, and high-value meetings and events. The position requires deep knowledge of GCC source markets, strong commercial relationships, and an ability to translate the distinctive Faena experience into compelling business opportunities. As a senior commercial ambassador, the Account Director will drive revenue opportunities across suites, villas, dining, wellness, experiences, meetings, events, and exclusive buyouts while ensuring every engagement reflects the prestige and artistry of the Faena brand. Established network of luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, corporate accounts, family offices, event planners, or other relevant partners across GCC markets strongly preferred. Previous experience with ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, destination properties, or high-end travel brands is highly desirable. Strong understanding of GCC travel behavior, luxury leisure distribution, corporate account management, group sales, and relationship-led commercial development. Proven track record of developing accounts, converting high-value business, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets. <p><b>Role Summary</b></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a Hydraulics Engineer (Design) to lead Task C — Assessment and Update of the Design Package for the city’s dewatering systems. The role assesses and modernizes the design criteria, methodology, specifications and tender documents, and analyzes dewatering-system alternatives to recommend the optimum system for each area. </p><p><br></p><p>This is the hydraulic-design authority for the program: it owns the dewatering design standards, produces reusable tender packages, reviews third-party technical submittals, delivers urgent detailed designs on request, and investigates water-rise complaints to propose practical solutions. Term M12</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum Qualifications & Experience</p><p><br></p><p>A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in hydraulic and dewatering-system design is required, consistent with the program’s Category B requirement (15+ years, degree and accredited professional membership). Candidates below this threshold will not be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>15+ years in hydraulic design of dewatering, drainage and groundwater-lowering systems (slotted-pipe/subsurface drains, wellpoint systems, canals and culverts).</p><p>Degree (Master’s preferred) in civil, water-resources, hydraulic or environmental engineering, with accredited professional membership.</p><p>Strong command of design criteria, methodology and specifications for dewatering and drainage infrastructure, and of tender-document preparation.</p><p>Proven ability to analyze alternative dewatering systems and recommend the optimum solution per area against governing parameters.</p><p>Experience reviewing and approving third-party technical submittals and design changes on running construction projects.</p><p>Hydraulic modeling competence (1D pipe/canal/wadi flow, 2D overland/rainfall-runoff) to support design decisions and the numerical model interface.</p><p>Familiarity with the special conditions of eastern Riyadh and with value-engineering of infrastructure solutions.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
