<p><b>POSITION OVERVIEW</b> </p><p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage the full billing and invoicing cycle for large-scale retail commercial, residential and mixed-use projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices, managing subcontractor and supplier accounts, and ensuring accurate financial documentation in line with project contracts and company standards.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>· Prepare, review, and process interim and final billing/invoices for the main contract, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors in accordance with contract terms and conditions. </p><p>· Verify quantities, rates, and measurements against approved BOQs, contracts, and site progress records prior to certifying payments. </p><p>· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, variations, and payment queries in a timely manner. </p><p>· Prepare and maintain accurate records of running account (RA) bills, variation claims, escalation claims, and final bills. </p><p>· Liaise closely with the Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure billing accuracy and consistency across project accounts. </p><p>· Track and reconcile subcontractor and supplier accounts, including advances, retentions, deductions, and outstanding balances. </p><p>· Prepare monthly billing statements, payment certificates, and supporting documentation for client and internal approvals. </p><p>· Monitor cash flow related to billing and support the preparation of financial forecasts and reports. </p><p>· Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments and certifications. </p><p>· Maintain proper filing and version control of all billing documents, contracts, and correspondence for audit and reference purposes. </p><p>· Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and applicable Saudi regulations in all billing activities. </p><p>· Participate in coordination meetings with project teams, consultants, and finance personnel regarding billing status and issues.</p><p>· Prepare Monthly reports showing Budget vs incurred cost, committed vs actual cost and detailed costing reports.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

Job Purpose The Operation and Process Manager is responsible for managing daily plant operation and process performance to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation in line with contractual requirements, environmental regulations, approved procedures, and performance targets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operation of all treatment units, including inlet works, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment, and TSE systems. Ensure continuous plant availability, stable process performance, and compliance with design and contractual requirements. Monitor key process parameters, TSE quality and beneficial sludge quality. Analyze operational and laboratory data, identify process deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
