<p>The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and compliance programs to ensure a safe and legally compliant workplace. He will oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, training initiatives, and regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. Currently based in Riyadh, KSA Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, incident investigation, and environmental compliance. Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.</p>
