Job Purpose The Operation and Process Manager is responsible for managing daily plant operation and process performance to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation in line with contractual requirements, environmental regulations, approved procedures, and performance targets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operation of all treatment units, including inlet works, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment, and TSE systems. Ensure continuous plant availability, stable process performance, and compliance with design and contractual requirements. Monitor key process parameters, TSE quality and beneficial sludge quality. Analyze operational and laboratory data, identify process deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Optimize aeration, chemical dosing, sludge wasting, disinfection, energy consumption, and overall process efficiency. Coordinate with operation, laboratory, maintenance, HSE, and reporting teams to ensure smooth plant performance. Review daily operation logs, shift reports, laboratory results, and monthly performance reports. Support performance tests, reliability tests, capacity tests, and contractual compliance assessments. Supervise sludge and by-product management, including sludge production, dewatering, drying, storage, and disposal coordination. Ensure compliance with environmental standards, TSE quality limits, HSE requirements, and internal procedures. Lead and support process engineer, and operators. Prepare technical reports, process trends, root cause analysis, non-compliance justifications, and improvement plans. Communicate professionally with the client, and internal management when required.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operation. Minimum 3-5 years in a senior operation, process, or managerial role. Strong experience in municipal wastewater treatment plants, preferably large-scale projects. Experience in PPP / O&M contractual environments is preferred.<br>Required Skills:Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, biological treatment, disinfection, and sludge management. Ability to analyze process data, laboratory results, trends, and operational KPIs. Good knowledge of SCADA, reporting systems, compliance requirements, and plant performance monitoring. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. We are looking for a Head Chef / Menu Development Chef who can take ownership of the food side of the business. This role is not only about cooking; it is about improving the menu, creating new items, testing ideas, listening to customers, and helping the restaurant continue to grow. Success in this role means keeping the menu fresh, improving food quality and consistency, creating items customers love, removing items that are not working, and training the team to execute new dishes properly. The chef will work directly with the owner and support a small, committed team of 5 people. While the owner manages the business side, including marketing, purchasing, accounting, operations, and quality, this role will focus mainly on food development, menu improvement, and kitchen execution.<br>Responsibilities Develop new menu items, limited-time offers, seasonal items, and combos. Improve existing menu items based on sales performance and customer feedback. Review sales weekly, test new ideas, keep successful items, and remove weak items. Create simple recipe cards for new items, including portioning, steps, and plating. Train the team on new items to ensure consistency, speed, and quality. Monitor food quality and make sure standards are followed. Understand customer preferences and turn feedback into practical menu improvements.
