Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations and contribute to its long-term growth and profitability. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, managing risks, and supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive financial expertise, and a proven track record in driving financial performance, corporate governance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Management. Oversee treasury, cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. Lead financial risk management and strengthen internal controls and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial institutions. Support business expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and investment opportunities. Develop funding strategies and optimize the company's capital structure. Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive committees. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture. Drive financial process improvements through digital transformation and automation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, financial planning, treasury, taxation, and risk management. Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools. Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework. Experience designing large-scale Saa S platforms and Multi-Tenant Architecture. Deep knowledge of Postgre SQL (schema design, indexing, optimization) and Redis/Celery. Docker, CI/CD, and REST API design.<br>Preferred Experience: Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Outbox/Saga Patterns, Idempotency, and payment/billing engines. Track 2: Senior AWS / Kubernetes / Dev Ops Architect<br>Responsibilities: Reviewing cloud infrastructure and designing production-grade AWS environments. Designing Kubernetes deployment strategies and infrastructure best practices. Reviewing security architecture, networking, and disaster recovery plans. Improving deployment automation and reviewing monitoring/alerting systems.<br>Required Experience: 5+ years in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture. Extensive production experience with AWS (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Cloud Front). Strong Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Git Hub Actions expertise. Previous experience handling outstation territories is highly preferred.<br>Required Skills<br>Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, route-to-market, customer coverage, and sales execution. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills. Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory. Experience using Sales Buzz, C-Store, or similar sales systems is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license.
