</ul> <h3 >Essential Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<p >Candidates for this role should possess <strong >2-5 years of relevant experience</strong> and meet the following essential criteria:</p>

<li >A recognised qualification at NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, a technical apprenticeship, or an equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.</li>
<li >Extensive post-qualification practical maintenance experience within an operational flying aircraft environment, supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training, or 3 years of experience in Tornado Avionics/Electrical system testing.</li>
<li >Relevant type training (‘Q’ Course) and equipment-specific training, if required.</li>
<li >Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to supervise engineering personnel at all levels.</li>
<li >Ability to obtain and maintain Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership at the appropriate level prior to commencing employment in KSA.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Desirable Skills and Knowledge</h3>

<li >A sound understanding of the RSAF 4-1-7166 series and supporting technical publications applicable to the work area.</li>
<li >An understanding of RSAF operations and working practices.</li>

<li >Knowledge of relevant parts of the MOE and associated procedures.</li>
