BIM and Multidisciplinary Coordination Lead BIM-based coordination with internal teams, external consultants, and subconsultants. Review architectural BIM models for quality, coordination, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate clash detection, model reviews, drawing extraction, and interdisciplinary design integration. Ensure BIM deliverables align with project standards, client requirements, and consultant workflows. Work closely with BIM managers, BIM coordinators, and discipline leads to resolve design conflicts. Client, Authority, and Stakeholder Management Communicate professionally with clients, developers, project managers, contractors, authorities, and consultants. Support authority submission processes and respond to technical comments. Represent the company in design coordination meetings, client workshops, and technical review sessions. Prepare clear written and verbal communication in English, including meeting minutes, reports, technical responses, and presentations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognised university. Minimum 10 years of total architectural experience is preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia. Minimum 5 years of experience working in an engineering consultancy office. Proven experience in high-end complex projects, such as luxury developments, hospitality, mixed-use projects, towers, or large-scale commercial developments.
