A primary focus of this role will be on Saudi Energy (SE) transmission and substation projects, including 380kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substations and Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities and Project Focus</h3> <ul > <li >Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for large EPC projects.</li> <li >Focus on 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects.</li> <li >Ensure adherence to quality standards for Saudi Energy (SE) transmission and substation projects.</li> <li >Apply expertise across electrical, installation, testing, and commissioning stages of projects.</li> <li >Ensure thorough knowledge and implementation of project quality procedures, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), material inspections, and comprehensive documentation control.</li> <li >Maintain compliance with Saudi Energy standards and international quality requirements.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li ><strong >Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li> <li ><strong >Overall Experience:</strong> 10–12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control activities for large EPC projects.</li> <li ><strong >Specific Experience:</strong> Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in inspection and quality control of construction activities related to Saudi Energy transmission and substation projects.</li> </ul> <h3 >Technical Expertise</h3> <ul > <li >Strong exposure to Saudi Energy (SE) 380kV Bulk Supply Point (BSP), OHTL, and Substation projects ranging from 380kV to 525kV.</li> <li >Demonstrated experience across electrical, installation, testing, and commissioning stages of projects.</li> <li >Thorough knowledge of project quality procedures, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), material inspections, and documentation control.</li> <li >Proven ability to ensure compliance with Saudi Energy standards and international quality requirements.</li> </ul> <h3 >Preferred Attributes</h3> <ul > <li >Saudi Energy (SE) approved QAQC Engineer status.</li> <li >ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.</li> </ul>
