Strong technical background in the relevant discipline, with proven ability to review designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, technical submittals, and resolve complex technical issues. Proven experience in large-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use, or major real estate development projects. Strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical coordination, site execution, quality control, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international codes and standards. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) in the appropriate professional classification.
