About the Job<br>The Junior Financial & IBA Accounts role supports reinsurance and financial accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with underwriting and operations teams.<br>Key Responsibilities & Duties<br>Perform day-to-day accounting and operational activities, including maintaining books of accounts, transaction booking, billing, collections, and cash allocations. Prepare accounting vouchers such as Receipts, Payments, Petty Cash, and Journal Vouchers as required. Assist the Finance Manager with monthly financial close activities, including preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, payments, and management reporting. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with established controls. Work closely with Underwriters to review complex reinsurance transactions from an accounting perspective.
