Enterprise ERP Manager — Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
A leading electrical trading and distribution company in Jeddah is replacing its SAP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Management for approximately 60 users. We are seeking an ERP Manager to own this migration end-to-end — from implementation partner selection through go-live and into post-live operations and continuous development.
What You Will Own Lead the selection of a D365 F&O implementation partner: RFP, evaluation, and commercial negotiation Own the full project lifecycle: scope, plan, RAID log, steering committee reporting Manage the implementation partner and hold them accountable for delivery Build and lead a small internal ERP team (functional analyst, technical developer, system admin) Manage the transition of existing SAP users and data into D365Ensure ZATCA/VAT compliance within the D365 implementation Own post-go-live system administration, development roadmap, and enhancement releases
What You Must Have Minimum 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations from blueprint to go-live — client side preferred Proven coverage of Finance (FI equivalent), Procurement, Sales, and ideally Warehouse modules in D365 F&OExperience migrating from SAP to D365 — or SAP to any major ERP platform Experience managing an external implementation partner, including commercial and scope negotiations Familiarity with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements in a Saudi operational context8+ years total ERP experience; team leadership experience required Fluent in Arabic and English;
What Will Differentiate You Background in trading, distribution, or industrial companies Microsoft D365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330) Experience with Power BI or Qlik integration with D365
