Guests can enjoy views of the Grand Mosque and a culinary offering that spans Mediterranean, Persian, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisines.</span> </p><br><p><span><strong>About the Job</strong></span></p><br><p>An opportunity has arisen for<strong> Hotel Manager –</strong> <strong>Executive Office </strong>to join <strong>Jumeirah Jabal Omar</strong>. </p><br><p>The main duties and responsibilities of this role:</p><br><ul><li>Assist the General Manager in implementing the property’s commercial and revenue management strategy, in line with the Group Operations’ strategic objectives, by evaluating changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, recommending appropriate products/services and operational changes as necessary to ensure high levels of occupancy and profitability.</li><li>Lead core operational activities, such as room management, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, engineering, front office, etc., by conducting frequent and thorough inspections of the different hotel operations, facilitating team meetings, managing guest’s requests and feedback, monitoring services etc. while focusing on operational excellence, maximizing profitability and compliance with policies.</li><li>Lead Hotel in absence of General Manager and ensure seamless and smooth functioning of Hotel Operations.</li><li>Drive and implement audit and compliance strategies with all SBU-specific standard operating procedures, practices and policies thus enabling exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah standard.</li><li>Monitor and emphasize the guest services standards, oversee guest service feedback channels as well as regularly verify individual guests’ satisfaction levels, in order to reinforce guest centricity and foster the continuous improvement of guest services’ options and delivery, thus ensuring the provision of a world-class guest experience.</li><li>Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.</li><li>Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the Group is aware of anticipated costs and areas of unsatisfactory performance and that potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.</li></ul><p><span><strong>About You</strong></span></p><br><p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:</p><br><ul><li>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, including at least 3–5 years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university. </li><li>Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills with a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and business performance. </li><li>Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, quality standards, and luxury hospitality service. </li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.</li></ul><p><span><strong>About the Benefits</strong></span></p><br><p>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR), the local currency of the KSA.</p><br><p>In addition, we offer generous F&B benefits, reduced hotel rates across our properties globally, excellent leave and health care packages, flights home, and other employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant looking for a career with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.</p><br><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

In this role you will be responsible for all assigned contract administration functions. You will provide contractual, legal guidance to the project team. Responsible for protecting the company/Client interests in all contractual matters and ensuring policies are complied with as well as ensuring legal and contractual compliance in all contractual matters.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Prepares and or assists in contractual correspondence with Consultants, General Contractors, and other vendors</li><li>Initiates, prepares, chairs, attends meetings with differing internal/external parties to resolve disputes and discuss contractual/legal issues and topics.</li><li>Plans contract activities, including post-award schedules.</li><li>Performs Contract Administration duties as required and participates in the post-award evaluation/negotiations.</li><li>Drafts, reviews, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and project requirements.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of all contract-related documents, including amendments, change orders, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensures that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Advises appropriate Manager on contractual matters and is the principal advisor at the Project level with regard to the strategy for, and the conduct and recording of contract modification/change negotiations, claims avoidance and conflict management.</li><li>Serves as Coordinator of the Change for preparing, processing, reviewing the change requests prepared by others.</li><li>Acts as a liaison between contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any
