عن الوظيفة
تم إتاحة فرصة لـ مدير الفندق – المكتب التنفيذي للانضمام إلى جميرا جبل عمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية لهذه الوظيفة:
- مساعدة المدير العام في تنفيذ استراتيجية إدارة الأعمال والإيرادات للمنشأة بما يتماشى مع أهداف المجموعة التشغيلية، من خلال تقييم تغيرات احتياجات الضيوف ومزيج الضيوف والمجموعة التنافسية، وتوصية بالمنتجات/الخدمات والتغييرات التشغيلية اللازمة لضمان معدلات إشغال وربحية عالية.
- قيادة الأنشطة التشغيلية الأساسية مثل إدارة الغرف والعمليات الغذائية والمشروبات والتدبير المنزلي والهندسة والاستقبال، من خلال إجراء فحوصات متكررة وشاملة لعمليات الفندق المختلفة، وتسهيل اجتماعات الفريق، وإدارة طلبات الضيوف وردودهم، ومراقبة الخدمات، مع التركيز على التميز التشغيلي وزيادة الربحية والامتثال للسياسات.
- قيادة الفندق في غياب المدير العام وضمان التشغيل السلس لعمليات الفندق.
- قيادة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التدقيق والامتثال مع جميع الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية الخاصة بكل وحدة أعمال، والممارسات والسياسات، مما يمكّن من تقديم تجارب ضيف استثنائية وفقاً لمعايير جميرا.
- مراقبة وتأكيد معايير خدمات الضيوف، والإشراف على قنوات تغذية راجعة لخدمات الضيوف، والتحقق بانتظام من رضا الضيوف الفردي، لتعزيز مركزية الضيف وتحفيز التحسين المستمر لخيارات تقديم خدمات الضيوف وجودتها، وبالتالي ضمان توفير تجربة ضيف عالمية المستوى.
- إدارة مشكلات الأداء التي تنشأ ضمن الأقسام التشغيلية، بالإضافة إلى التدريب والتطوير والتوجيه وتقييم الأداء وحل مشكلات أعضاء فريق الأقسام والمديرين.
- إدارة إعداد وتوحيد ميزانية التشغيل ومراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانية حتى تكون المجموعة على علم بالتكاليف المتوقعة والمناطق التي تشهد أداء غير مرضٍ واستغلال فرص تحسين الأداء المحتملة.
عنك
سيكون المرشح المثالي لهذا المنصب لديه الخبرة والمؤهلات التالية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8–10 سنوات في تشغيل الفنادق الفاخرة، بما في ذلك 3–5 سنوات على الأقل في دور مدير فندق أو قيادي تشغيلى رفيع المستوى ضمن فندق خمس نجوم فاخر.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذو صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- مهارات قيادية وتشغيلية وإدارية مالية قوية مع سجل حافل في دفع رضا الضيوف وأداء الأعمال.
- معرفة ممتازة بعمليات الفندق ومعايير الجودة وخدمة الضيافة الفاخرة.
- إتقان الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة.
- مهارات اتصال وقيادة واتخاذ قرارات ممتازة، مع القدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف في بيئة فاخرة سريعة الحركة.

About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for Hotel Manager – Executive Office to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist the General Manager in implementing the property’s commercial and revenue management strategy, in line with the Group Operations’ strategic objectives, by evaluating changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, recommending appropriate products/services and operational changes as necessary to ensure high levels of occupancy and profitability.
- Lead core operational activities, such as room management, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, engineering, front office, etc., by conducting frequent and thorough inspections of the different hotel operations, facilitating team meetings, managing guest’s requests and feedback, monitoring services etc. while focusing on operational excellence, maximizing profitability and compliance with policies.
- Lead Hotel in absence of General Manager and ensure seamless and smooth functioning of Hotel Operations.
- Drive and implement audit and compliance strategies with all SBU-specific standard operating procedures, practices and policies thus enabling exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah standard.
- Monitor and emphasize the guest services standards, oversee guest service feedback channels as well as regularly verify individual guests’ satisfaction levels, in order to reinforce guest centricity and foster the continuous improvement of guest services’ options and delivery, thus ensuring the provision of a world-class guest experience.
- Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.
- Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the Group is aware of anticipated costs and areas of unsatisfactory performance and that potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, including at least 3–5 years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills with a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and business performance.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, quality standards, and luxury hospitality service.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.
