Job Summary: As a highly experienced and self-motivated General Manager/ Civil Engineer, in this position you will manage and organize our company’s business. And you will be responsible for running the work smoothly and efficiently as directed by the highest management. Education requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Management or any related major. Candidate Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and oversee all the company’s departments (Management, Human Resourcing, Procurement, IT, Safety, Technical, Operations, Project Control, Finance, MEP, and Logistics department. Ensure productivity and efficiency inside and outside the company in all projects. Manage and meet the financial budget planned. Improve the company process overtime and enhance effectiveness. Meet and ensure the safety regulations in projects sites are met. Implement new strategies to enhance the company’s success and efficiency. Qualifications and skills: Organization Communication Product knowledge Labor Management Decision Making Project Management Conflict Resolution Experience: 10+ Years of experience in civil engineering and in contracting field. .
