<p><strong>About the Role: </strong>To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures.</p><br><br>

<li>Assist in Implementing (QSHE) Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Management System to meet and exceed the customer and consumer expectations.</li>
<li>Assist with the identification of business risks along with the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize any potential serious threats to business.</li>
<li>Carry out internal audits across all regional functions in line with the QSHE management systems, identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations for suitable corrective actions.</li>
<li>Assist in the incident investigations by conducting root cause analysis, implement suitable corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, recalls and Municipality issues.</li>
<li>Conduct Regional technical training across all functional staffs with regards to QSHE strategies, policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Prefer to have bachelor's degree in food science or HSS.</li>
<li>ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor IRCA certified.</li>
<li>NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH).</li>
<li>Experienced in ISO/HACCP implementation and certified companies.</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication English skills.</li>
<li>Must have competencies such as: Knowledge in integrated management systems QSHE, Knowledge in QSHE processes including implementation, updating and improving, Competent in risk assessment process, Technical Report writing skill, Problem solving skills and root cause analysis.</li>

<p>The Work Preparator, E&I is responsible for work preparation activities related to E&I works. Work preparation includes identifying the scope of work, quantifying it, including type and length of cables, cable penetrations (MCTs) cable trays, generators, alternators, switchboards AC/DC motors, rewinding, A/C repair, instrumentation, automation, navigation, safety-Solas, ICCP cathodic protection. manhours breakdowns, total duration of repair, receiving client signatures on proposed diagrams, preparing the materials list, making the required requisitions, following up with the work in progress and closure of the work and related documentation. </p><br><p> 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Areas of Accountabilities (list up to 10 prime activities) (Describe concisely each principal work activity listed in logical order normally the list with include the most important duty first indicating important decision and recommendations made if applicable; start sentences with action verbs first) </p><br><p>Adhere to, reinforce, and promote IMI Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policies. </p><br><p>Make detailed evaluations of repair specifications, itemizing man-hour requirements, total duration of repair, preparing the BOM, and where necessary requisitioning of materials (PRs), Inter-trade involvements, direct purchases. </p><br><p>Issue internal requests and follow up the progress of such assistance. </p><br><p>Ensure timely submission of proposals/drawings for approval prior to commencing the work. </p><br><p>Prepare drawings/sketches as per the identified scope of work, receive client signatures for the same and distribute as required. </p><br><p>Liaise with Ops project controls for information required/submittal </p><br><p>Assist in bid support as and when required </p><br><p>Prepare material lists necessary for execution of the jobs, assure availability of the materials either from Warehouse or by direct purchase </p><br><p>Prepare detailed job sheets for supervisors, records progress daily. </p><br><p>Prepare final work description including all supplies and man-hours used for approval by Section/Department Head </p><br>
<p>Update the vessels files for E&I repairs. Capture all actual as fitted E&I stuff at the end of repair to be compared with initial SOW for commercial purposes. </p><br><p> Prepare the work completion reports/certificates at the end of the repair. </p><br><p>Responsible for closing on time without any delays all relevant GRNs and SRNs for proper cost capturing of the projects affecting the gross margins calculation. </p><br><p>Prepare the detailed scope of work, work packages, specifications in case of work outsourcing to external parties. Liaise with the engineering team as needed. </p><br><p>To be able to optimize the material usage based on BOM and minimizing the material waste. </p><br><p>Ensure of the most efficient work preparation always keeping in mind the cost cutting and time saving. </p><br><p> Provide estimated man-hours details and progress of all jobs to Production Planning Units twice a week. </p><br><p>Attend daily meetings on board with Owner's Representatives and Project Managers to follow up the progress of the work as required. Senior Estimation Engineer<br>Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer to lead the preparation and review of major construction tenders. The role requires strong hands-on experience in pricing complex projects and a good understanding of construction methods, subcontractor markets, commercial risks and tender strategy. métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? for one of our leading clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<br>This role will be responsible for assessing medical risks, reviewing new business and renewals, determining appropriate underwriting terms, and supporting the profitable management of the medical insurance portfolio.<br>???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Assess and underwrite new business, renewals, endorsements, and medical insurance risks. Review medical reports, declarations, claims history, and other relevant information to evaluate risk. Determine appropriate underwriting terms, including exclusions, loadings, limits, and other conditions. Review claims experience, loss ratios, and portfolio trends to support underwriting decisions. Support medical insurance pricing and rate reviews, using claims experience, portfolio data, and relevant risk factors. Work closely with Claims, Actuarial, Sales, Brokers, and Medical teams on complex cases. Ensure underwriting decisions comply with company guidelines, risk appetite, and applicable Saudi insurance regulations. Maintain accurate underwriting records and contribute to improving underwriting processes and guidelines.<br>???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Medical/Health Insurance Underwriting, Pricing, or a related technical insurance function. Experience in group medical insurance and/or individual medical underwriting. Experience in medical insurance pricing, rating, portfolio analysis, or risk assessment will be an advantage. Good understanding of medical risk assessment, claims trends, loss ratios, and underwriting principles. Previous experience in the Saudi/GCC insurance market is preferred. Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.<br>????????????????????????????????????????????????Strong attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities. Ability to make sound underwriting decisions within defined authority limits. Good understanding of medical insurance products and policy terms.
