Job Description – Project Sales Manager (Residential Kitchens) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reporting To: Sales Director<br>Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead the growth of our residential kitchen business in Riyadh. Track project progress and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify upcoming residential developments and renovation opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Maintain an updated CRM with sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Prepare periodic sales reports and market intelligence reports. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5–6 years of experience in residential kitchen sales within the GCC. Minimum 2-3 years of residential kitchen project sales experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Proven experience selling premium or luxury residential kitchens. Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, fittings, accessories, and customization options. Established network within the Saudi residential construction and interior design industry. Excellent knowledge of the Riyadh residential market. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Ensure vehicles are accurately priced, properly displayed and sales-ready. Escalate inventory risks and ageing concerns with appropriate recommendations. Customer Experience Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through vehicle handover. Support the resolution of escalated customer complaints and complex negotiations. Drive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance. Ensure compliance with premium customer service standards. Planning & Reporting Prepare periodic sales and operational performance reports. Monitor key performance indicators including sales volume, conversion rate, gross profit, inventory ageing, stock turn and CSI. Recommend operational improvements based on performance analysis. Coordinate with Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness and lead generation. Work closely with Finance, Sales Support and Vehicle Procurement to ensure smooth business operations.
