Role Description Supervise the logistics team and monitor trucks from loading through final delivery and unloading. Ensure carriers comply with truck sealing procedures to prevent tampering and maintain a 100% sealing compliance rate. Ensure the operational readiness, safety, and security of trucks and fuel tankers through regular inspections. Monitor transportation schedules and trip plans to minimize delays. Schedule all daily fuel transportation activities based on operational system requirements. Ensure the availability and readiness of internal fleet vehicles and confirm receiving sites are prepared for deliveries. Prioritize the use of Darb's fleet and engage third-party carriers only when internal vehicles are unavailable, under maintenance, or when servicing remote locations. Monitor each vehicle in real time and document loading, departure, arrival, and delivery times. Execute transportation activities based on approved electronic transport orders, including load details, origin, destination, and assigned driver. Track all trips in real time using GPS and the Wathiq platform, monitoring departures, arrivals, routes, and stops in accordance with company procedures. Redirect shipments during emergencies, within delegated authority, to prevent operational disruptions. Conduct periodic inspections of tractors and tankers to ensure compliance with fuel loss prevention standards. Review daily transportation reports, analyze delays, deficiencies, and recurring issues, and implement corrective actions. Prepare logistics performance reports, evaluate carrier performance, and submit findings to management. Ensure timely delivery of fuel and materials to stations and requesting departments. Manage and coordinate import logistics operations. Evaluate the feasibility of new station locations, submit recommendations to senior management, strengthen security coverage for fuel transportation, and conduct strategic field visits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements issued by transportation authorities, traffic authorities, Saudi Aramco, and Civil Defense. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and comprehensive technical inspections for trucks and fuel tankers. Develop, qualify, and manage transportation service providers and logistics vendors. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager that are related to the nature of the role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Ensure all problem records contain documented root causes, workarounds, corrective actions, and permanent resolutions. Track open problems and monitor progress toward resolution within agreed service levels. Facilitate investigation activities to determine underlying causes of incidents. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders to implement permanent fixes. Drive proactive remediation initiatives to eliminate recurring issues before they become service-affecting trends. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and validated. Coordinate implementation of temporary fixes to restore service continuity while permanent solutions are developed. Validate effectiveness of workarounds and permanent resolutions. Produce regular reports as agreed KPI like problem trends, RCA status, resolution timelines, reoccurring problems, incidents, SLA compliance etc. Ensure compliance with Incident and Problem Management policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance the Incident and Problem Management process. Provide recommendations to the CSI team regarding process improvements and automation opportunities. Drive initiatives aimed at reducing incident recurrence and improving service availability. Update knowledge repositories with verified root causes, known errors, workaround procedures, and permanent resolutions. Junaid Perfumes is one of the Gulf's established fragrance houses, trading across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar since 1910.<br>You will take full commercial ownership of 35 stores nationwide, and lead the expansion under the guidance of the leadership.<br>This is not a caretaker role. The estate has to trade to budget while the expansion programme lands on time and staffed to standard, and you will be accountable for both.<br>WHAT YOU WILL OWN<br>- The Saudi sales and margin P&L, by store, region and category- A field team of 100+ sales staff across KSA, and the structure that holds as it grows- New store delivery end to end — site assessment with leasing, licensing, fit-out, hiring, opening stock, and the ramp curve afterwards- The peak calendar: Ramadan, both Eids, National Day, and Hajj and Umrah season in Makkah and Madinah- Saudisation position and Nitaqat band, alongside HR.<br>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<br>- A career in fragrance, beauty or premium specialty retail- 8-12 years in GCC retail, leading a multi-site country or regional operation- Direct responsibility of 30+ doors and a budget of comparable scale- A record of opening stores, not only trading them- Real Saudi market experience — regional demand, mall operators, landlord negotiation- Working command of Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad- Fluent Arabic and English- Valid Saudi driving licence, and willingness to travel the country<br>Experience with oud and Arabian perfumery, pilgrimage-season trading, or travel retail will stand out.<br>Only candidates from the fragrance, beauty and premium specialty retail categories will be shortlisted.
