The Video Content Producer brings KAUST's stories to life in post-production — shaping raw footage into polished, brand-aligned content that communicates the University's research, people, and mission to audiences across digital and institutional channels. The role combines strong editorial judgement with technical expertise across editing, colour grading, and motion graphics. Working from production briefs under the direction of the Multimedia and Brand Production Manager, the Video Content Producer manages video projects from creative concept through to final delivery, contributes actively to pre-production planning, and serves as the team's primary owner of motion graphics and 2D animation. The role requires a strong editorial sensibility, precise technical craft, and the discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines. The Video Content Producer is expected to engage proactively in the team's creative planning pipeline, maintain rigorous DAM and workflow discipline, and bring genuine creative investment to every production. Occasional out-of-office hours working will be required, for which overtime will be paid. <br>Key Responsibilities Pre-Production Review and analyse production briefs and participate in briefing sessions with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to storyboards, editorial structures, mood boards, and creative references. Identify and retrieve suitable archival footage and licensed media assets. Editing and Post-Production Edit and produce video content including documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, research communications, and social media content. Apply transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, and animations. Produce 2D motion graphics and animated sequences. Perform professional colour correction and colour grading. Mix and master audio, including music, voice-over, dialogue, and ambient sound. Prepare final video projects in appropriate formats for web, social media, You Tube, LED screens, and other channels. Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting delivery deadlines. Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination Manage assigned video projects from creative concept through final delivery. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project requirements and timelines. Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback on video requirements. Maintain project schedules and proactively identify delivery or resourcing risks. Asset Management and Workflow Upload and organize production assets within defined timelines. Apply proper metadata, tags, and naming conventions. Maintain organized project files, footage, and finished assets within servers and DAM systems. Track production activities, tasks, edit notes, comments, and deliverables using Asana or equivalent project management tools. Maintain editing workstations and software and report technical or licensing issues when required. Creative Contribution Participate in creative planning sessions and contribute editorial and motion graphics ideas. Stay updated with emerging trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and post-production. Actively contribute to the editorial quality and visual impact of final productions<br>Requirements Qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Film-making, Media Production, or a related discipline. Additional training or certification in colour grading, motion graphics, or post-production workflows is desirable. Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor within a large organization or creative agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial range and high-quality post-production work. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Proven experience in Adobe After Effects, including 2D animation and typographic sequences. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines. Experience in institutional, corporate, or higher education video production is desirable. Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage. Familiarity with Avid Media Composer is desirable. Experience working alongside or directing camera operators during location productions is an advantage. Job Summary<br>To efficiently and profitably manage and direct activities in passenger services department by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers and overall accountable for operations at the terminal (above wings)<br>Responsibilities<br>Provide leadership and work direction to the Passenger Handling teams Ensure compliance to set department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’) Monitor all the handling services provided at the Terminal for Scheduled and Adhoc operations Monitor attendance of all Passenger Handling staff (Check In, Lost & Found, MAAS/PRM) Hold briefings with all Passenger Handling teams (Check In , Lost & Found , MAAS) before start of operations Liaise with the shift supervisors on the duty allocations for the day Ensure that all positions (Check In Counters , Transfer desk & Arrivals) are opened as per SLA’s Coordinate with shift supervisors on cross utilization of resources by re-allocating/re-assigning coupled with innovate staff management Ensure that documents profile desk at Check in & Gate has been set up as per SLA’s (where applicable) Ensure & monitor gate and transfer desk processes per flight as per SLA’s Liaise & coordinate with the MAAS /PRM team on all special handling requests (WCHR/UM/DEPU) Monitor & coordinate flight close out as per SLA’s and dispatch paperwork Queue management at the departure terminal to ensure seamless operations Participate in periodic performance reviews and disciplinary sessions of the staff Engage customers and authorities be present at all times at the terminal during operations for any queries Make spot checks at arrival hall to ensure that pre-flight set up has been done Monitor first bag / last bag offload processes at the arrivals Review the AHL / OHD list & updating of files at the end of the shift Liaise with shift supervisors that customer supplied products and stationery are stored accordingly after end of operations Ensure that deviations from the daily operations are properly covered (e.g. extra flights, charters , delayed flights) and reconciliation done for any monies collected for any adhoc services Monitor and cross check that all post flight paperwork and activities have been finalized Hold debriefings when & as required with the teams Investigate all operational irregularities at the terminal and submit reports /recommendations to the Manager , Passenger Services & Duty Station Manager Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation at the terminal Maintain & enforce company policies Maintain a comprehensive and accurate log / inventory of support tools such as Communication radios ,Mobile phones , Tablets , WCHR’s and report any defects immediately Issue the long term planning / allocation (next 24H) , cross check of resources (Manpower and Equipment’s) Ensure that data capture and daily reports as per defined formats &/or in the Swissport reporting tools (FSC, SOR, D.
