Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues encountered during or immediately after deployments, including configuration errors, connectivity failures, and service startup problems.• Act as the senior escalation point for deployment issues, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating with engineering teams on systemic problems.• Maintain detailed deployment logs capturing all actions taken, issues encountered, and resolutions applied.5. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing• Mentor and guide junior deployment and support engineers, sharing deployment techniques, scripting practices, and troubleshooting methods.• Build and maintain deployment runbooks, environment setup guides, and technical knowledge bases for the team.• Reinforce deployment standards, sequencing discipline, and quality across the deployment team.6. Process Improvement & Documentation• Identify and drive improvements to deployment processes, scripts, automation, and tooling to increase reliability and reduce manual effort.• Document all deployment activities accurately in Direct FN's deployment tracking system following each engagement.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment standards and the supportability of Direct FN's product portfolio.<br>III. Qualifications & Requirements:○ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.○ Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software deployment, application support, or IT operations roles, including experience leading complex deployments.○ Strong hands-on experience running and validating deployment scripts in Linux and Windows server environments.○ Proficiency in command-line tools and scripting languages such as Bash, Power Shell, or Python.○ Strong understanding of application server configuration (e.g., Tomcat, IIS, Nginx) and database deployment procedures.○ Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and change management processes.○ Ability to read, follow, and improve technical deployment runbooks and configuration documentation accurately.○ Fluent in English (spoken and written).<br>IV. Prefer to Have:○ Experience deploying financial technology applications, trading platforms, or brokerage management systems.○ Familiarity with cloud deployment environments (Azure, AWS, or OCI) and containerization basics (Docker).○ Knowledge of deployment automation tools such as Ansible or equivalent.○ Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, PRTG, or Datadog) for post-deployment health checks.○ ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management qualification.<br>V.
