Role Overview

Joveo is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI systems that will directly influence how the Joveo platform interprets jobs, candidates, and markets. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves building models, pipelines, and infrastructure to convert raw data into intelligent, scalable, real-world decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production environments.
• Develop LLM-powered features, including classification, extraction, and generation capabilities.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess model quality and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of clean and well-structured training data.
• Monitor deployed models for signs of drift, degradation, and failures in edge cases.
• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI techniques relevant to the hiring and talent acquisition domain.
